Myntra - Package not delivered

I was delivered with incorrect products from Myntra and they have sent me a replacement for incorrect items. They sent two cosmetics items instead of jeans. So Myntra send me the replacement for jeans. When the delivery boy came on March *nd, he said he can't deliver the products since he can't verify the items for return, because they are materially different. So I asked him to redeliver the package and contact the customer service team. They said they have approved my return on February **th with case id Reference Number-IN********************. They said that the same approval was sent to the DC manager. The next day also the delivery boy didn't deliver the package and I asked him to reschedule it. He submitted the verification as failed. On *th *.** am I got a message that the item is out for delivery and at same day ** pm the item was marked as the delivery attempt was the failure, I haven't had any delivery attempt today. I called Myntra again and they said that they approved for the delivery twice on February **th and March *rd. Still, I am not getting the package. For the past * days, Myntra have been giving me false promises and false expectations.
They have been cheating me. I really wanted the product by today and they said and assured me that I will get it by today and I didn't get it. They have been mocking me
For a *** Rs item. I was sent with *** Rs item. I feel bad that I am cheated. I work from *:** am in the morning to *:** pm in the noon, after that for the past * days I have been contacting them after skipping my lunch. I told them, begged them to deliver the package since I needed it as a gift for brother's birthday. Today they even told me that they will send a replacement if this item is not delivered.
They are not even sure about delivery. How can they say like that to a customer? I ordered it as a gift for a particular occasion, what is the use of it if I don't get it on time. I kindly request you to take necessary action on this company. I know I have a low-value item, but still, I need this to raised. Every conversation I had with Myntra is recorded by them and it is the evidence for my whole cheating incident. I hope you will do the needful.
