I recently saw some fancy ad on Youtube by MyShopify, selling some traditional kurta-type shirts at a cheap rate. I thought let's buy a couple of them.
I bought * of them, paid them money online(because there was no COD) & got this confirmation on my email id from Shopify:
After a couple of days when I went to track my order, I clicked on that bookmarked URL, the page was showing as website not available. Later I opened this email & clicked on these * buttons displayed as “View your order” & “Visit our store” and bamm…. There was no such website present.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
