Shopify - Fraud Website SHOPIFY

I am writing to file a fraud report against a website - www.paramhomedecor*.myshopify.com.
When I was browsing on Instagram a advertisement shown while I was scrolling through my stories.
Its about the above website that is offering Home Decor Items at such a low prices so I purchased some of the items . After purchasing , the amount was deducted from my bank account of Rs.***.** using PAYU Payment Gateway and transferred to someone called "BHAVIK KANTILAL KACHHADIYA" and I did not get any order shipped to my address and the website has also been shut now.

Also, on today scrolling I found a similar website with different store name "www.tedydecore.myshopify.com", I guess this is the same fake website as it is offering many products at such low prices then no where else, this time the PAYU Payment Gateway showing name of "BHAGIRATHBHAI NANKUBHAI JAISVAL".

So, I kindly request you to please take please lodge a complain against such people or team of persons who are making new and new fake website to commit such frauds again and again and also kindly help me in getting my order amount back.
