Shopify - I feel cheated

I purchased a ** INR/month plan from Shopify (Starter Plan) after a * day trial period. During the trial period I worked on a theme called 'Dawn' on their platform to upload my products and tinker with the layout etc. All through this period I kept getting a prompt to 'select a plan' @ INR **/month if I wanted to view the changes I was making to the website. So thinking that I should just get the plan to be able to make desired changes and get my site published, I purchased the Starter plan. Now when buying this plan, it was nowhere mentioned that suddenly the theme of my website will change and that the changed theme will have minimal features. Its not the money but i feel I have been cheated, because 'Dawn' was listed as a free theme during the trial period and now it is available only for higher paid plans.

I spoke to their chatbot also about it but it was of no help as they kept repeating the same thing over and over again.

Please help.
