I ordered a shipment via a merchant site called and was shipped my purchase by FedEx on **/*/**** and the tracking ID was ************. On **/*/** even though no delivery attempt was made, the FedEx tracking system showed a note saying delivery had been attempted and the address was empty/business closed:
Customer not Available or Business Closed Recommended action: Door tag will provide the time and address of the FedEx location where you may pick up your shipment, and also indicate if another delivery attempt will be made.
No door tag indicating the failed delivery attempt was left.
On **/*/**, a delivery boy called up, asked for the address and then didn't turn up at the address saying he couldn't find it. He is now not picking up my calls. The FedEx customer service on email has been responding, but the delivery service is shoddy and the delivery personnel is refusing to try to find the address and deliver it.
