Dear Team
There was a Consignment of export bearing document number TF- ********** for one of our customer .Document was send to Birmingham UK through DTDC courier in Aligarh.
Courier dispatch date – **-**-****
Courier delivered date – **-**-****
POD NO.- N********
Ideally the courier should have been delivered to the address within * to * days but courier was delivered on **-**-**** which is delayed by ** days. Since courier was delivered late out customer has been put in penalty by their buyer at U.K.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
