Taz Perfectme filed complaint against Zivame on Dec 24, 2022
I had placed an order of * items with Zivame on the *th of Nov. (Order No: *********) for which i got a notification on the the **th of Nov. showing its delivered. But when cross checked the same with my relative for who was supposed to rec. this package confirmed of not receiving anything. Since then have had multiple follow up calls with Zivame and they give the same "bullshit" of getting back within **-** hrs with a solution.
On the basis of trust since am quite a regular customer of theirs i placed a fresh order (Order No: *********) with the same items again as i was promised my refund for the previous order that was not delivered. Still have NOT recd, my refund of Rs.****/- as promised.
Kindly help.
