Dear Sir/Madam,
On *nd November i have used Portrer courier service to send items to my client, after * days i have called porter customer care why it is not delivered, as they promised it will be delivered shortly, on **th november i have sent email (As attached) no response on **th November i have sent email (As attached) i got call and said it will be done on **th November i have sent email, i got response which is not satisfactory
I have lost my product, My courier charges and my time, I lost my client and my order which is really disturbing me. i need an apology letter and compensation for the loss of time and mental agony
