I have ordered a product from amazon which is gold bar if * gram amount paid is *****. after few days we check app was updating it as delivered then we contacted to customer care they said they have delivered and this otp based delivery but they didn't even collected the OTP From me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
