My package (trk id ************) has been pending with FEDEX for delivery with same status on their website (asking to contact customer service for some documents) for last * days. The required documents were sent to them more than ** hours back and every time I call, they give different reasons. They charged * times normal price promising * days delivery but the package is not delivered since * days. Their Customer service reps are rude and unprofessional and one of them said "there is no timeline" and the other one saying "Nothing will change if you call multiple times", "why are you calling so many times?" This has caused me too much of frustration and I am really fed up of fedex.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
