Mamaearth - Package not delivered

I ordered onion shampoo on **rd August ** order I'd ***********,the package is still not delivered it says in transit. Last week I wrote a mal asking for refund they are still saying it takes * to ** days to deliver the package and they are short of staff and have lot of orders in hand. If that is the case then why are they running offers and attractive moor customers by giving fake discounts. Ice asked fir refund it not sure whether it is processed or no as the order status still shows as in transit.

Hello Sir, I signed up on Mamaearth with referral code in which Mamaearth gave *** Rs. added Signup offer to mama wallet. Then their offer was going on Buy One Get One with code OMG. I added some products to my cart...
