I pre-booked the Pixel * Pro with all the pre-book offers that were available, * of them. Flipkart kept delaying the delivery quoting 'unforseen issues', for which they did not deliver the product for ** days from the date is was supposed to be delivered.
They call me on the **th day saying they will cancel the order and I need to again place my order. The product is not even available anymore and even if it is, it won't have the same offers it had when I pre-booked it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
