Lustrmakeup offered free samples with only the shipping to be paid for. I ordered some samples on the **th January and paid the £ equivalent of ** US dollars. It is now the **th Jan with no communication and no package.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
