I ordered a bunch of stuff from LustrMakeUp as a part of the free trial on **th of Dec ****. They charged **$ for the shipment. After the order was placed they sent a mail for confirmation of order. And that was the last I heard from them about my order. Its almost end of Feb **** now and I have still not received the order. I tried to contact them via the email but got no response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
