Lustrmakeup - Package not delivered. Money charged through credit card

Saw an ad on Instagram from Lustrbeauty selling makeup samples for $**. I made a purchase of $** on **st Dec **** and received a mail from them saying that the order is confirmed but their was no receipt. Also there was no way to check the status of my order. That when I realised it's probably a scam! Till date there has been no email from them and today i checked their website lustrbeauty.com but it says that the website is not available. I googled lustrbeauty scam and found so many people are facing this same issue. So now im filing this complaint against them. Please get them to refund everyone's money!
