Shipment no: SF********KR was shipped on **th Sep to Kolkata and has still not arrived. There is no update on the delivery status since *th Oct and bag is lying in Kolkata hub since *th Oct.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
