Amazon India - Package Not Delivered

I have ordered Real me * pro from Amazon. I got delivery date between ** to ** from a seller named Krrish hero selling central zone . According to last updated status this product was shipped on **th. However till yesterday there was no status change. And suddenly yesterday evening it changes to late delivery by **st. How ridiculous. This was a product listed on Amazon and Amazon disappointed me again this time. I have mailed to seller multiple times but there is no reply from them. I googled about this seller but no information there also. I purely understand now this was either a fake seller or a fake product or an error from Amazon. Amazon customer service representative says they have raised a claim on this guy but I don't get anything for this harrassment. How absurd. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid purchase from Amazon.
