Delhivery - Package not delivered

I live in ranikhet and my house is approximately *** m off the road. Amazon, blue dart, all agents come and deliver to my door with no hassle at all, unlike the Delhivery agents who are unacceptably rude and deceitful most of the times. This time for this order, the Delhivery agent called me up ( his no. Is **********) and to my disbelief, harrassed me first to tell him the exact distance he has to come to give the parcel (which is his basic job). When I said that I cannot give him exact distance but that its a max * min downhill walk, he asked me rudely why I can't come up to get my parcel following which he hung up on me. Then immediately I get a message saying delivery attempt had failed. This agent never made any attempt whatsoever and simply lied with impunity. When I called him again to ask him to deliver, I was furious and yes I did shout at him for lying about the failed attempt following which he actually threatened me saying that he would do whatever he wanted and when I said that I will complain, he said to go ahead and complain. I still have not got my package from fabindia which is worth **** rupees. I will be informing fabindia to kindly not use Delivery services in ranikhet as they have always created these issues for almost everyone in Ranikhet. But this agent has gone too far this time and I want action taken for his unacceptably rude, aggressive, deceitful behaviour. It is now * days since the agent called and I haven't heard anything from either the agent nor the company.
