BASAVARAJ DODDAMANI filed complaint against DTDC on Aug 17, 2022
I have sent a parcel by DTDC courier on **-Aug-**** from, Hubli to Bangalore (Byataranapura-******) and it reached Kogilu Branch (B'lore) on **-Aug-****, that i got to know by tracking the consignment still now it has not been delivered to the concerned party. It was complaint to the DTDC customer care several times since no action has been initiated against the same So I contacted the Kogilu Branch manager and he replied the parcel was missing and moreover both were not responding properly and hesitating to take the call.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
