I had booked a package on ** Nov **** which was shipped through FedEx on *st Dec ****. It was in for custom clearance on *th Dec **** for which the necessary documents were provided on same day. It's been more than a month now and FedEx team is just ignoring my calls and not delivering the package as on **th Jan ****. It is a horrible experience with fedex and we definitely don't recommend FedEx anymore to anyone. Due to the delay of the components in the package one of our government project is delayed and we have incurred a loss of * lakhs already due to the delay. Our deadline of the project is **th Jan ****. The completion is almost impossible now with a loss of * lakhs. We need compensation for the same from FedEx.
