Abhishek Kulshreshtha filed complaint against Ajio on Jul 10, 2022
I placed an order for * items on **th June on Ajio website. My order was divided into two packages. One containing * items was promised to be delivered on *th July. The other package containing one item was promised delivery on *th July.
I have been calling the customer service of Ajio and EcomExpress (their delivery partner). They first booked an incorrect complaint on my behalf. They lied and booked a complaint for incorrect pincode. When I later got to know about it, I requested them to provide me the two pincodes - the one in the order and the other that I told them later. But they could not respond because both the pincodes are same. They basically tried to shift the blame of the delay in delivery on to me.
For the other complaint, they have told me that next update will be provided on **th July. When asked where my products are and why they could not be delivered the floor supervisors kept evading the questions and did not escalate the call to their managers even upon repeated requests.
They are saying the products arrived in Bengaluru on *rd July but due to logistics reasons they could not be delivered to my home in Bengaluru itself even after * week. They are not promising a new delivery date and keeping it open.
The experience with EcomExpress has been same and have not received any satisfactory response on my complaints.
I have already paid for these orders in full amount on **th June itself. But these companies are neither delivering nor providing any information when requested. There is no accountability and I am left with no recourse to this mismanagement, malignant practices and clear fraud.
