DTDC EXPRESS LIMITED - Package not delivered

DTDC has not been delivering my courier from *-* days. Everytime they keep saying address is incorrect and ask me to wait. I have provided all details to them through mails, social media and the complaint ticket logged with their support team. There is no way to get them to delivery my courier, they are extremely rude when I call them even after waiting half hour on every call, there is no tracking of the issues or calls, they rudely just choose to sit with the package and don't care if it gets delayed. Their numbers given on Google page are wrong, even if they pick up the phone they just shout back at us saying that they can't hear what we are talking. I have not seen such an irresponsible behavior by a courier company, it is extremely upsetting especially after we spend so much money and trust on their services for delivery of our valuable objects.
