Dear Voxya Team,
I am filing this complaint against DTDC Express Limited (Tracking: *D*********) and DeoDap (Order placed on Dec *, ****) for gross negligence in delivery, causing me significant inconvenience, time loss, and mental harassment. Despite multiple escalations, including National Consumer Helpline (NCH) grievance, no resolution has been provided even after **+ days of delay.
Incident Details:
Order Information: I placed an order on DeoDap website/app on December *, ****. The shipment was picked up by DTDC on December *, ****.
Expected Delivery Date (EDD): December *, ****.
Current Status: As of December **, ****, the parcel is still stuck at DTDC's Bhilai hub (Chhattisgarh) since December **, ****. No movement or delivery attempt has been made. I reside in Bemetara (near Bhilai, only **-** km away), yet no local delivery.
Product Value: ***.**(Non-perishable item, but delay has caused opportunity loss).
Actions Taken by Me (All Ignored):
DTDC Customer Care: Complained twice – on Dec ** and Dec **, ****. They promised "**-hour resolution" each time but no progress. Urged urgent delivery, but nothing happened.
DeoDap Support: Raised tickets #******** (Dec **, ****) and #******** (Dec **, ****). Promised call-back, but no contact. Emails to support@deodap.in also unanswered.
Twitter Escalation: Messaged @DTDCIndia on Dec **, **** (shared email/phone for updates). Received generic responses like "Investigating, patience required" (screenshots attached). No timeline provided.
NCH Grievance: Filed online on Dec **, **** (Grievance #*******). DTDC's remark on Dec **, ****: "Received complaint, taking seriously, timely response soon." But *+ days later (as of Dec **), status remains "In Process" with zero updates (screenshot attached). NCH callback on [date if you remember, else skip] also said "In process" – no action.
