I sent a packet to Jammu from Delhi on *th March in the name of Anjum Raina resident of Roop Nagar. I am sorry to inform you that the said packet has not been delivered as it is showing address incomplete or wrong cir. Despite mobile numbers provided on the envelope, no one called to enquire about the packet delivery. The address is correctly mentioned as in the past we have sent the packets on the same address and were duly received. Please get the packet delivered immediately
