I ordered a Fossil Watch and a jacket from Flipkart. Order was confirmed and successfully shipped. But as both products were
Misroute (Other City Misrouted) by courier Partner. So they say that i have to cancel the order and place a fresh order again. Which will cost me around rs **** more as earlier i buyed on sale and used discount which i got for Plus membership user when i encashed ** coins for **% discount.
I talked to various people in customer support but they did not provide me solution for my loss which i will get on fresh order.
Even I asked them to deliver to other addresses in Delhi or Gurgaon. But they refused.The only solution they gave to me place a fresh Order.
