The product was a day delivery, I called the delivery person he said he is unwell someone else will deliver. Then I called customer service who said no one can deliver today, delivery will happen Tom morning before * am. *st miscommittment. It was a mouse for my sons school and I specifically said if the product doesn't come then son misses school. Also I said if I had to get next day delivery I could have opted for cheaper mouse. She assured delivery by morning, nothing came. *nd miscommittment. This lady was told if nothing comes Amazon will have to compensate, she agreed. That day i must have called *-* times, each time being promoted that the product will be delivered. It was marked delivered so customer service said it's wrongly marked as mentioned by their delivery guy, but the product will be delivered by day end. I had to followup coz could not afford my son to miss school again. I was told and asked how much compensation, and the amount satisfactory to both parties was ***-*** coz I would now have to go to the market Incase no delivery. *-* miscommittments... After that a call was made to senior, he said no delivery, but solution in * days, I asked him to call me back next day, he promised, but did not call. Another miscommittment. Then in * days my money was to come.back no money, no product, no call, only harassments and they keep going on...
