Actually, It's not about money loss, It's more about time loss. I had ordered a mobile on * December ****. I don't get the delivery. The company executive person cancels the order without my concern on ** December. Promise date of delivery was on ** December. Again I order the same mobile, the tracking id was not working properly. promise date was ** but still not deliver. I am ordering this mobile for my friend who is a farmer. The time is very crucial for him. He waits for the mobile and doesn't go to the field for mobile. But They keep ignoring the package and wasting his time. When I talk to customer care they are not even listening to the problem. They are making fun of the issue. What can I do?
