I have ordered mobile from mi .com. Mi has given package to SAHDOWFAX courier. Courier company promised me to deliver whithin *-* days. But its **th day and i didn't get my package yet. I tried to contact with Shdowfax, but they are not providing any contact details or customer care support neither call nor chat.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
