I placed a prepaid order on the H&M website on **rd of December ****. I have not received my order as yet. I complained through the H&M call centre on *rd January **** and this is the response I received - We’ve registered a case for you regarding Delivery & Pick-up. Your case number is **********. We’re still working on your case and will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
I also tweeted at h&m customer care handle but they havent responded with anything. I have been calling the delivery partner Ecomm express everyday but they are not giving me any response.
