Amazon India - Package not delivered

I placed an order on **th September OnePlus * mobile **gb version which was sheduled to be delivered by Monday **th on Monday I logged in to my account to see the status it showed delivered yesterday Sunday . Fed up I called customer service to look into it the said it was delivered to a Dinesh my neighbor I refused the name they said nothing can be done from their side you can complaint to police but they refused to share the delivery guy's name and number I have the transcript of my chat and recordings
