I have ordered Deborah Milano Lip Pencil from Amazon on * occasions in * month. Order number ***-*******-******* (**th October)- Rs ***.* Order number ***-*******-******* (**th November)- Rs *** Both the times the product has not been delivered to me. Despite calling Amazon multiple times they have not addressed to my grievance and continue to say that the items have been delivered. All the other items in these orders have been delivered but why only this item has not been delivered both times? I feel cheated and I would like my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
