Ecom Express - PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED

The product was marked as delivered on **th Oct **** but no product was delivered to me.
We have been calling Ecom Express everyday and till now there has been NO solution from them, the package status is still "Delivered" on the Ecom portal and we have not received any product even after many days. Ecom express has also told Myntra that product was delivered without delivering the actual product.

We were in home the whole day waiting for the package but not a single delivery agent showed up and suddenly we received the message saying that package was delivered.

We talked to customer executives and all them have no clue on how to solve this.
I have also emailed them multiple times to get the actual status of complaint, the mail is important because i can share that with Myntra and ask for refund. Customer executives have no idea about how to check these email and reply. Whats the point of providing email id on website when nobody is looking at it. When asked about the timelines the only I get is "as soon as possible", as per my past experience with Ecom "as soon as possible" means NEVER.
So basically, my package is somewhere with Ecom Express employee who will never deliver the package and will simply keep that for himself/herself. Is it not stealing ?
We are also thinking of filing a police complaint against Ecom express.
