Hi Team,
With reference to the subjected Consignment No : MYS********, I have dispatched the courier worth of Rs. *,*** (Aquarium Live Plants) from Mysore (Hebbal *st Stage Branch) on **st August **** to Andhra Pradesh and the parcel was never delivered to the consignee.
Today, I received the notification from the recipient of my parcel stating that package has been returned back to me, but I did not get the parcel back to me. Upon tracking the consignment number, parcel already reached Mysore office on *th of September ****, but this was not notified to me either through call to my cell number that I have clearly mention on the parcel at least.
Since, package is consisting of Aquarium live plants, it is a loss for me because plants would have dried up till this time and still I have not got my parcel back. Hence, kindly be liable to refund me the cost of Rs. *,*** plus the courier charges I have incurred on dispatching.
I did not expect this bad service from the Professional Couriers being one of the top service providers in India. I have already registered the complaint CRM******, but no response from TCP till now.
