Dear customer team i ordered cellphone battery in date of **-**-****.
After * days my order was shipped by DTDC courier company and generated tracking number (X********).After * days i checked status courier service unavailable in my area.Remak is out of area.
And order time showing your order will be delivered before ** November ****
But ** days completed but not delivered my order.
I also try to contact company helpline number or email.in helpline number always out of reached and email not any replies.
So Kindly request you please action this copany and refund my money along with penality.
