bought a microwave oven from tatacliq and they didnt deliver the product after out of stock message .when contacted they didnt resolve issue and refused to deliver product.a customer buys any product from any online site with a lot of hopes .he spends a lot of time to research and buy the product at best available price and these online companies just dont deliver the product.this product was rejected delivery by tatacliq from my door.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
