I had ordered a product from myntra as a gift to someone. I got a message on ** May saying it was delivered. Given that I had started a new job and was busy with it, I did not get time to talk to the gift owner about it. When I talked to them on * June, I got to know it was not delivered. Since then I have been trying to reach out to myntra to resolve this issue, but they have only been replying back saying that they delivered it. I am really fed up with this kind of service and the customer support they are providing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
