Pavankumar filed complaint against DTDC on May 31, 2021
I have shipped my courier on **th of may but till now my courier is not been delivered to destination. I have called customer care for more than **times I didn't get proper response and also they are not picking up my call by seeing my number. One of the customer agent told the courier is in sarakki branch Bangalore but If track it's showing as Goa panjim branch but I couriered to Bangalore as destination please confirm. it hardly takes **km from the pick up location. I have called to the person who is in charge of sarakki branch even he is not responding and not answering my call. The courier is very much urgent please kindly help me out and make my shipping delivered ASAP. Below are my shipping number
