Hi,
My friend had send me an important document from Tamil Nadu to Hyderabad through FedEx of tracking number(**** **** ****) on **/**/****. The package should be reached to Hyderabad according to the FedEx on **/**/****.It reached to Hyderabad hub on **/**/****.It out for delivery on **/**/**** but with out contacting me they closed this as customer not available and business closed.I had a raised acomplaint to customer care team on **/**/**** in morning they asked me timing for delivery at (*-*)pm and i also told them that if they cant find the address also informed the my contact number but they had not delivered to me and today on **/**/**** again i had a complaint to team at **:** am and they told that they will reach to me today but still i had not received to me and i had called at *:** pm again they are postponing my package with this i had lost **,*** tender and i was suffering mentally a lot .one of the worst service team .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
