I ordered a OnePlus bullet wireless Z (Order number *********) on **/**/**** from your website. Initially while entering my mobile number I entered a digit wrong but after noticing the error I contacted your customer service and informed them about it even made them change the number. Then again the next day I called your customer service to verify whether they have changed the number and even asked them I'll even collect the product from your hub directly or atleast to give me your delivery partner's number. All they ever said was to not worry, they have changed the number to the correct one and I'll be receiving the product through your delivery service. But even after doing all this the otp was sent to the wrong number and now it's showing that the product has delivered. So please look into this issue and please help me out as I have already paid for the product via credit card. I can't afford to lose **** I paid.
