Flipkart - Package Not Delivered

My order product was scheduled to deliver by **st March. But it wasn't delivered by that date. So I raised online complaint for same in flipkart on *st Apr. After that they change the status to delivered by *:** Pm in night. So i raised a complaint again on *nd apr that the first is order is delivered yet second you changed the status to delivered after raising complaint for same. then asked to wait till *th Apr they will resolve the issue either the money will be credited back or product will be delivered but nothing happens.
