Amazon - Package not delivered

I've ordered a dumbbell last month on **th October. But it has to be delivered within ** Oct. But they have returned the product without my knowledge and their staffs John, pavitra, abish, asiya etc has been speaking rudely with me. As I wanted this item urgently, I requested them to deliver before the Estimated date of delivery. But John is the one who falsely promised me if you order the item again on ** October, you will get the item before ** Oct. Till now I didn't receive the item. On *nd Nov,** when I inquired with their customer service, they frequently ended the call and changed over to another person for * times. This way, they are insulting me and waste my valuable time also. I've asked them to deliver the item immediately or refund the item by any means.
