I ORDERED A BOOK WHICH SHOWED DELIVERABLE TO MY ADDRESS AND THE PACKAGE WAS SEND THROUGH ECOM EXPRESS. THE ECOM EXPRESS REFUSED DELIVERY TO MY ADDRESS AND AGREED TO COME A PLACE WHERE THEY DELIVER BUT WITHOUT INFORMING ME HE RETURNED THE PRODUCT BACK. WHY IS THE ADDRESS SHOWING DOORSTEP DELIVERY AVAILABLE AND WHY THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED BY THE ECOM EXPRESS AS THEY REFUSE TO DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS. IF ADDRESS IS NOT DELIVERABLE BY ECOM WHY DID THEY ACCEPT THE ORDER AND AFTER SO MANY DAYS WITHOUT INFORMING ME THEY RETURNED BACK.
