I have sent one courier from Bangalore to Palakkad. Now they state, they don’t have service in that area and we need to go to their branch and collect the documents. If they would have said this at the time of shipment, I would have chosen different service providers who have service in consignee address . For me the courier is urgent and don’t have any people go to the town and collect the courier. BLR********* is the consignment number. Please review and suggest us how to handle this kind of situations.
