I place an order of **** to stylish drapes through watsapp and paid through google pay.But once i paid they stopped paying attention to any of my concern.I was not even send any tracking id which i was promised of and moreover they neither attend my calls nor reply to my messages . I called and texted the number where i made my payment but she ignored it and finally blocked .After many tries i the owner finally called me and started fighting that its not her business to reply me or attend my calls (after taking the entire payment) moreover she denied refund and also did not give me any updates about my product .Also to mention she threatned me that she will block me if i call again.
Voxya, i am a covid warrior and i have worked pretty hard to earn these money. I have risked my and my family's life to protect my countryman ,but it sad that some people are stealing our hard earned money.
I will be really helpful if this matter is addressed.
