It was an international Order Placed: Thu, ** December **, **:** HRS for Newcastle upon Tyne, NE* *AL, from Ferns and Petals. Ferns and petals claim that they've placed my order at the address I've mentioned but, my friend has not received any courier, it's a false update Ferns and petals show!!
They provided me the wrong tracking number, my friend from UK tried reaching out to the courier services through the details Ferns & Petals provided, and each time they denied that there is no parcel placed at that address and Ferns & Petals keeps showing me the same tracking details and takes no action against the false update!
