Harsh Mittal filed complaint against DTDC on Jan 18, 2021
Multi-package shipment was shipped on *th Jan from Punjab for bengaluru. One package continues to be misplaced by the DTDC company. After multiple follow-ups with the customer care (which is rude to the limits), they have given up and are asking me for pictures of the item to be able to locate it. I am pretty sure they've lost it. The package contained food items half of which must have been spoilt by now and others are expensive dry fruits and such.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
