Lata filed complaint against Amazon on Nov 30, 2020
I had ordered Rose syrup along with a few other things from Amazon. Rose syrup was not delivered. I sent several mails to Amazon and also to the seller. No use. They said that they have delivered it but I did not get any email (Your product is out for delivery/will be delivered today/delivered). I did not get an email from Amazon asking me to review my experience! Same story was repeated in August when I ordered a few books/diary. One was never delivered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
