I had ordered a home theatre on *th November,**** from Amazon during diwali sale at the price of ₹ ****[cash on delivery] and they had approved my order and the order reached at their local hub in Ranchi at on *th of November but till **th November they didn't shipped my order and automatically they cancelled my order without my approval or giving me any information about that. Now if i reorder the same item i would have to pay approx **** more. Who will be responsible for the whole incident, absolutely Amazon bcoz Amazon has given this platform ,they are the connecting link between sellers and consumer. But they are not taking any responsibility. i suffered mentally and would be financially too after this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
