Posaakh - Package not delivered. Neither money refunded

I ordered stuff from them in october.. she sent me pathetic material asked for refund she said .. that they will nkt send money but choose something else.. .. i choose another stuff.. and then i parceled her earlier stuff back.. with all my cpuruer expense.. n i receieve nothing.. n now its been days shes not been responding.. and its humiliating at the same time.
