My sister ordered a dress from Posaakh from a WhatsApp number which they have mentioned in their page and gave my address for delivery. As it was COD I was not allowed to check the material before receiving but after receiving I found that they have sent incomplete material and the colour and quality of the dress is very bad and it is not at all according to the picture they had shown. My sister WhatsApp them and told about the defect but their response was not at all appropriate and welcoming. Later they blocked her and she was not able to make any contact. Then I tried to contact them from my number then they replied and then I told them about the problem again. Next day they came with a reply and gave me a number to contact and tell about your problem and also said that you can exchange the dress. But when I called nobody received and after some time that number became unavailable. Please go through this website and take some strict action.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
